The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for the grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.4 dated 13.01.2023, registered under Sections 22-C, 25, 27 and 29 of the NDPS Act at Police Station Sadar Budhlada, District Mansa.

Custody certificate has been filed. Same is taken on record. As per the same, the petitioner is behind bars for the last 6 months and 2 days and is involved in one more case under the NDPS Act. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition at this stage.
