The counsel for the petitioners submitted that the local police at the instance of respondent No.4 to 6 is harassing the petitioners and in this context complaint dated 25.8.2021 (Annexure P-2) was lodged with respondent No.2 but the police failed to take any action in this regard. The counsel further submitted that he will be satisfied if necessary direction is given to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the said representation and to take action against the culprits in accordance with law. Notice of motion.

( 2 ) CRWP-9195-2021 On the asking of the Court, Ms. Vasundhra Anand, AAP, UT Chandigarh accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3. The State counsel for U.T. Chandigarh submitted that in case any such representation is pending, the authorities will look into the matter and decide the same.

In the light of the above, the present petition is hereby disposed of, without commenting on the merits with direction to respondent No.2 to consider representation dated 25.08.2021 (Annexure P-2) of petitioners and to take action in the matter in accordance with law, if the circumstances so warrant, expeditioulsy.
