***** JASPAL SINGH, J.(Oral) By virtue of instant petition preferred under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has sought issuance of a writ of certiorari to quash the speaking order dated 27.07.2017 (P-12). And further a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to refund Rs.2,87,390/- wrongly deducted/recovered from his gratuity at the time of his retirement along with interest @ 18% p.a.

At the very outset of the arguments, it has been submitted by learned State counsel that in compliance of order dated 11.08.2017 passed by this Court, the payment of the recovered amount of Rs.2,87,390/- along with interest total amounting to Rs.3,97,043/- has already been made to the petitioner. 3.
