Through instant petition preferred under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioners have sought issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to release remaining gratuity, leave encashment, provident fund and pension etc. to the petitioner along with interest @ 18% per annum from the day it become due till its actual payment. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that though legal notice dated 14.05.2018 (P-3) was duly served upon the respondents but till date neither any response has been received nor any decision has been taken thereon. He further submits that petitioners feel satisfied in case direction is issued to respondents No.3 to 5 to decide legal notice (P-3) within a stipulated period. 3.
Accordingly, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents No.3 to 5 to consider all the aspects unfolded by the petitioners in Sonika 2018.07.09 16:37 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

State of Punjab and others", decided on 27.05.2015 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. If there is no impediment, to release the benefits accrued to the petitioners within a period of next 45 days.

However, if petitioners still feel aggrieved by any order of the aforesaid authority, they shall be at liberty to approach this Court or to have recourse to the other remedies available under law.
