       It is stated by learned counsel for respondent No.2 that the petitioner has challenged the appointment of respondent No.2 as member of the Haryana Waqf Board vide notification dated 04.10.2015. However, it is submitted that term of respondent No.2 is now over rendering the petition as infructuous.

Be that as it may, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
