(ORAL) 1.

The petitioner is lawfully wedded to co-respondent No. 4. However, their marital ties are beset with a trauma, and, both are living separately, however, in the same building, and, on different floors. The petitioner apprehends life endangering assaults, being made, upon her by co-respondent No. 4, and, prays that for warding them off, adequate security be granted to her, by co-respondents No. 2 and 3. 2.

Though, in the reply to the petition, filed on behalf of the State, it is mentioned, that for ebbing the re-occurrence of assault, if any, which was previously made, proceedings under Sections 107/150 of Cr.P.C., have been initiated, against co-respondent No. 4, before the learned Magistrate concerned. Though, the afore may be a sufficient recoursing by the respondents concerned, to curb the alleged menace, indulged into by corespondent No. 4, yet it is also reflects an acquiescence on the part of the respondents concerned, that there exists the possibility of threats GURPREET SINGH 2022.04.07 09:50 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

CRWP No. 9034 of 2021 -2being potentialised by co-respondent No. 4. Therefore, apart from the afore drawn proceedings against co-respondent No. 4, co-respondent No. 3 is directed to forthwith supply to the petitioner, his mobile number, so that as and when any untoward incident occurs, thereupon, upon the petitioner making contact with him, on his mobile number, he shall forthwith proceed to the premises concerned, and, if in his wisdom, the ill incident is likely to re-occur, thereupon he shall provide adequate security to her. 3.

The petition is disposed of.
