In the present criminal writ petition, the petitioner seeks the issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing Respondents No. 3 and 4 to grant emergency parole to him for a period of four weeks on humanitarian grounds, specifically for the repair/construction of his house and for the educational needs of his children. 2.
