*** JASWANT SINGH, J.(ORAL) By filing the present writ petition, the petitioner, who was working as Secretary in the Changali Khatrian Multipurpose Co-operative Agricultural Service Societies Limited Changali, District Ferozepur (for short "the Society"), has sought for issuance of a writ of Certiorari for setting aside the judgment dated 12.5.2015 (P.10) vide which the Special Secretary, Cooperation, Punjab, Chandigarh while remanding back the case to the Society for decision afresh accepted revision petition; with a further writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to release the subsistence allowance of the petitioner besides outstanding salary of two years before suspension on 30.9.2011 with 18% interest till date of payment. Although the main writ petition is fixed for hearing on 07.7.2017 but an application bearing CMA No.2013 of 2017 has been filed under Order 23 Rule 2 read with Section 151 CPC seeking permission to withdraw the present writ petition bearing CWP No.22385 of 2015.

CWP No.22385 of 2015 #2# After hearing learned counsel for the applicant and perusing the contents of the application, the same is allowed.
