NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Perusal of the order sheets shows that the petitioner had gone un-represented for the last two dates i.e. 04.02.2022 and 05.05.2022. Even today for the third time the petitioner has gone un-represented. Therefore, it can safely be presumed that the petitioner or her counsel is not interested in pursuing the instant petition. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
