Mr. K.K. Gupta, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of respondents no. 1 to 4 & 6.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the grievance raised in the petition, petitioner has filed representations, Annexure P-9 & P-15. However, neither any decision has been taken thereon nor any opportunity of hearing was granted to the petitioner. Mr. Gupta, submits that one of the representations of the petitioner has already been rejected vide order, Annexure P-7. CWP-19475-2020 At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner has pointed out that post decisional hearing be granted to the petitioner. Learned counsel representing the Corporation is not averse to this.

Under the circumstances, we dispose off the writ petition with a direction to respondent-Corporation to consider the representations, Annexure P-9 & P-15. After affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner it shall be at liberty to pass order(s) as per law and in the facts and circumstances of the case. It is however, made clear that this order shall not be treated as precedent.
