The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus for directing respondents No.2 and 3 to remove the brick floor illegally constructed on the private property of the petitioner which was kept vacant by the petitioner for his personal use.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that as regards the relief claimed in the instant Writ Petition, the petitioner has earlier filed the civil suit, which stands dismissed, accordingly, he prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition. 3.

In view of the above, the instant Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
