(Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the order dated 02.09.2015 (Annexure P-7) of the Commissioner (Appeals), Customs & Central Excise, Chandigarh-I (Respondent No.1).

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition, as the order dated 02.09.2015 (Annexure P-7) passed by respondent No.1 is further appealable to the Tribunal.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedies available to it in accordance with law.
