CWP-17707-2022 In response to the query of this Court, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Gurdaspur is his home town. The petitioner is due to retire in about several months time. It may not be desirable for an employee to be posted at his home town but keeping in view his ensuing retirement it would be in the interest of justice, if he is posted at a nearby place. Consequently, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 to post the petitioner at a nearby place and pass an order in that regard within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Till the order is passed, the petitioner would remain posted at Gurdaspur.
