The prayer in the present petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. is for the issuance of directions to the respondent No.2 to conduct a fair and impartial investigation in FIR No.84 dated 13.05.2024 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 447, 448, 427, 148, 149 of IPC registered at Police Station Division A, Amritsar, District Police Commissionerate Amrtisar.

The learned State counsel, at the very outset, submits that a report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. shall be presented within a period of 04 weeks from today.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court.
