Jaswant Singh,J(Oral) Petitioner is working as Executive Engineer with the Punjab Mandi Board and has impugned the order dated 6.10.2016 (P-1) whereby he has been transferred from Ferozepur to Ludhiana. At the time of hearing learned counsel submits that subsequently vide order dated 13.10.2016 petitioner has been further transferred from Ludhiana to Head Office,Chandigarh and therefore, prays for permission to withdraw the present petition and file a fresh one challenging the subsequent transfer order.
