(Oral) By virtue of instant petition preferred under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has challenged order dated 10.12.2014 (P-9) passed by respondent No.2, vide which, the claim of medical reimbursement amounting to Rs.2,48,601.50/- has been declined on the ground that before treatment the sanction was not granted and further Sir Ganga Ram Hospital is/was not a recognized hospital as per Government of Haryana AND FURTHER directing the respondents to reimburse the amount of Rs.2,48,601.50/-.

During the course of arguments, it has revealed that though initially the medical reimbursement was declined but subsequently, matter was re-considered and medical reimbursement was ordered to be made as per PGI, Sonika 2018.04.18 11:26 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

CWP No.2243 OF 2015 --2-- Chandigarh rates + 75% of the balance amount in terms of instructions issued by Health Department vide order No.2/26/2013-1HB-III, dated 20.11.2013. On calculation of aforesaid amount as per aforesaid instructions dated 20.11.2013, a total sum of the medical reimbursement was worked out to Rs.1,54,971/- which has since been sanctioned and disbursed to the petitioner. The payment has been made absolutely in terms of the instructions. As such, the instant petition has rendered infructuous and is disposed of.

However, if the petitioner still feels aggrieved, he may approach the concerned authorities.
