(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of direction to the official respondents to protect the life and liberty and property of the petitioners from the hands of respondents No. 6 to 17 and appropriate directions restraining the respondents No. 6 to 17 from torture by any illegal means or not to harass and humiliate the petitioners. After arguing for sometime, when this Court is not inclined to interfere; learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.

Permitted to do so.
