This is a revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 06.03.2025 (Annexure P-5) passed by Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Pathankot, whereby the application filed by the respondent-plaintiff under Order XV Rule 5 read with Section 151 of CPC has been decided, whereby the petitioners-defendants have been directed to pay the rent as calculated on 29.05.2025.

It has been brought to the notice of this Court that in view of the statement suffered by the plaintiff and the defendant, the suit has been withdrawn on 13.12.2025 and thus, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
