***** VIKAS BAHL, J (ORAL) This is a civil writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned proceedings of the meeting dated 05.07.2019 along with result (Annexure P-3) and further declaration that no confidence motion moved against the petitioner has failed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the present petition has become infructuous and as such, the same be disposed of. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
