(Oral) This Court finds that several objections had been raised by the Registry but instead of complying with the same, the petitioners/counsel/clerk requested the Registry to place the matter as it is. Though this Court can understand that some of the documents may not be readily available and in which case this Court can take a liberal view in the matter of removal of such objections but it is a case where even the petition has been typed using a very small font and all the documents are not even typed using the prescribed line spacing. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh.
