(ORAL) Instant writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the orders/letters dated 01.10.2014 (Annexures P-10 and P-11) vide which the candidature of the petitioners for award of LPG distributorship at Pugthala, District Sonepat under open category has been declared ineligible. Further prayer has been made for directing the respondents to consider the applications of the petitioners for award of LPG distributorship.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this petition has been rendered infructuous as the applications of the petitioners have considered.
Dismissed as infructuous.
