The present petition has been filed under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondents for non-compliance of order dated 20.12.2023 passed by this Court in CWP-28785-2023.

Issue notice to the respondents to show cause as to why proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 be not initiated against them for non-compliance of the aforesaid order. 3.

Mr. Aman Bahri, Addl. Advocate General, Haryana puts in appearance on behalf of the respondents and states that the speaking order dated 13.08.2024 has since been passed, copy whereof has been supplied by the learned counsel for the respondents today in Court. 4.
