is praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing Order No. 1908-14 dated 19.10.2024 (Annexure P-2), vide which respondent No. 4, namely the Superintendent of Police, Dabwali, has initiated a regular departmental enquiry against the petitioner on the basis of an FIR registered on the same set of allegations under the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988. The petitioner has also sought a direction for keeping the departmental enquiry in abeyance during the pendency of the criminal proceedings arising out of the said FIR. ,
