*** Mr. Kuldeep Tiwari, Advocate representing respondents No. 4 to 8 has stated that the policy decision has been taken by the State Branch of Red Cross Society and that further decisions would be taken up by the concerned District branches of the Red Cross Society in State of Haryana, after serving show cause notices upon the affected employees getting their response, affording them opportunities of presenting their view points including opportunity of personal hearings, if they want and then passing detailed speaking orders and that copy of such order would be served upon the concerned employees against receipt, till then no deduction/recovery would be effected from the salary of the petitioner.
