By virtue of instant petition preferred under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has sought issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing order dated 28.03.2014 (P-3) passed by respondent No.2 vide which he refused to count the suspension/termination period from 02.11.1989 to 29.03.1996 till his reinstatement as qualifying service for the purpose of pensionary benefits including gratuity, leave encashment and all other retiral benefits.
