(ORAL) Petitioners have filed the present petition for quashing of FIR No.167 dated 24.12.2020, registered under Section 306 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station Dehlon, Ludhiana (Annexure P-1), on the basis of compromise dated 04.07.2022 (Annexure P-2).

Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition.

In view of the above submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
