In compliance of order dated 22.01.2020, learned counsel for the petitioner has produced receipts of Rs.20,000/-. The same are taken on record.
Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. hs been made for quashing FIR No. 0129 dated 05.06.2019, registered under Sections 323, 341, 342, 365, 379-B, 384, 506 and 34 IPC, at Police Station Badhra, District Charkhi Dadri, Haryana (Annexure P-1) and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-2) arrived at between the parties.
Pursuant to order dated 22.07.2019 of a Coordinate Bench, the parties appeared before the trial Court on 21.08.2019 to MAMTA MALHOTRA 2020.02.20 16:24 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

Learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Charkhi Dadri, has submitted his report vide letter bearing No.378 dated 30.08.2019, duly forwarded by learned District and Sessions Judge, Bhiwani, vide Endst. No.12020/G dated 30.08.2019.
According to the above report, compromise entered into between the parties is genuine.
Therefore, in view of above and the fact that the compromise will bring peace and harmony between the parties, FIR No.0129 dated 05.06.2019, registered under Sections 323, 341, 342, 365, 379-B, 384, 506 and 34 IPC, at Police Station Badhra, District Charkhi Dadri, Haryana (Annexure P-1) and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, are quashed.
Disposed of accordingly.
Registry shall verify the deposit of costs by the petitioners with the quarters concerned.
