The petitioner has already filed a civil suit which is pending before the Civil Court at Yamuna Nagar in which the alleged rights emanating out of two sale-deeds dated 14.07.1981 and 27.11.1981, whereby land measuring 5 kanals is said to have been sold by late Shri R.P.Goel to M/s Aggarwal Rice & General Mills, Jagadhari, are under consideration and sub-judice.
