(ORAL) The petitioner is serving as Deputy Ranger with additional charge of Ranger in the Department of Forest, Punjab and has challenged his transfer from Rampura Range, District Bathinda to Ferozepur Division, vide order dated 27.6.2018 (Annexure P3). This Court while issuing notice of motion vide order dated 6.7.2018, had stayed the transfer of the petitioner. At the time of hearing, counsel for the petitioner states that he has instructions to withdraw the present writ petition as the Department has agreed to adjust the petitioner at appropriate place.
