Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that amount of the payment has been made. However, maintenance bills have not been cleared by the authority.

Petition is disposed of with the direction if there is any remaining dues of the petitioner, matter shall be considered by the competent authority at the earliest in any case not later than one month.
