Petitioner an aspirant for the post of Drug Control Officer advertised by Punjab Public Service Commission vide advertisement dated 15.6.2018. He filed this writ petition with the grievance that though no experience was required for the said post, however, his online application could not be submitted as the website had a compulsory experience clause. Vide order dated 6.7.2018 notice of motion was issued and respondent Board was directed to accept manual application form of the petitioner.

At the time of hearing today learned Addl.AG Punjab has produced reply by way of short affidavit of Jasleen Kaur Sandhu,PCS,Secretary, PPSC,Patiala wherein it is stated that the discrepancy as pointed out by the petitioner has been removed and further offline application form of the petitioner was also accepted on 9.7.2018. In view of the reply learned counsel for the petitioner states at RAJINDER PARSHAD JOSHI 2018.08.27 18:34 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
