After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant/petitioners, perusing the averments made in the application which is supported by an affidavit of learned counsel for the applicant/petitioners, the same is allowed and the writ petition is ordered to be restored to its original number. After arguing for some time, when the Bench was not agreeing with the prayer made in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to pursue the matter with the respondentauthorities. 2.
