Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) Petitioner has prayed a writ in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondents to re-deposit the amount of Rs.10 lacs withdrawn from the Gram Panchayat account by respondent No.3. Learned State counsel, on instructions from Jasbir Singh, B.D.P.O., Malerkotla, who is present in court, submits that amount of Rs.10 lacs which was transferred to the account of District Development & Panchayat Officer shall be transferred to the account of Gram Panchayat within 15 days from today. In view of above, no cause of action survives in this petition. No further direction is necessary.
