RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of directions to respondent Nos.2 to 4 for protection of life and liberty of petitioner and her minor daughter at the hands of respondent Nos.5 to 7.

Issue notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr.M.S.Nagra, Assistant Advocate General, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents. Heard.

In view of the facts and circumstances and without commenting anything on the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.3, i.e., the Senior Superintendent of Police, Moga, to look into the application, if the same is filed by the petitioner within a week from today for redressal of her grievances, and decide the same expeditiously and preferably within 15 days thereafter in accordance with law.
