Admittedly, appeal preferred by the petitioner against the impugned order, Annexure P-3 is pending before the Deputy Commissioner, Sirsa. His grievance is that during the pendency of said proceedings, operation of the impugned order has not been stayed resulting in grave injustice.

Petition is disposed of with the direction that appellate authority shall decide the appeal, if any, pending at the earliest, in any case not later than three months.
