Counsel for the State on instructions from Lady Head Constable Sharmila submits that pursuant to the previous order, the Petitioner has joined investigation on 18th November, 2020. He further submits that from her side the Complainant refused to take back the dowry articles and has submitted an Affidavit in which she has stated that she now wants to reside in her matrimonial house.

In this view of the matter, the interim bail granted to the Petitioner earlier on 27.10.2020 is hereby confirmed. 3.
