Petitioner, inter alia seeks a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to make necessary amendments in the seniority list of SDEs to the post of Executive Engineer.

The writ petition was filed on 17.10.2016. Since then it has been listed nine times, out of which on three occasions none was present to represent the petitioner. Same is the position today. From the above,it appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present petition.

Dismissed in default.
