**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Pursuant to the appointment letter dated 08.06.2017, the petitioners are working as Restorer/peon on contract basis in respondent Their work and conduct always remained satisfactory and there is no complaint against them. However, the petitioners were relieved during the vacations and denied the wages for the vacation period by the respondentCollege. Learned counsel for the petitioner has referred to CWP No. 14012-2018 titled as Vishwas Sharma vs. State of Haryana and another, decided on 30.05.2018 whereby also the petitioner was relieved during summer vacation and this Court disposed of the matter by giving direction to respondent No. 3 to comply with judgment dated 05.05.2016 passed in 'CWP-16954-2015' titled as 'Anurag Chahal and others Vs. State of Haryana and another' as well as circular dated 17.05.2018 (Annexure P7).

CWP 16264-2018 In view of the above factual position, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.3 to comply with judgment dated 05.05.2016 (Annexure P6) passed in 'CWP-16954-2015' titled as 'Anurag Chahal and others Vs. State of Haryana and another' as well as circular dated 17.05.2018 (Annexure P7) and ensure that there is no violation thereof. In case the services of the petitioners have been terminated, they shall be reinstated/given fresh contractual appointment alongwith the benefit of leave during vacation period. However, this direction will not apply in case they sought to be replaced by a regular employees.
