Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.13 dated 01.02.2012 registered under Sections 379, 420, 468 and 471 IPC (Section 411 of IPC later on deleted) at Police Station Sultanpur, Lodhi, District Kapurthala. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the trial in the above FIR in respect of the petitioner has ended in his conviction and the present petition for grant of regular bail is rendered infructuous. Disposed off as such.
