Vide order dated 09.08.2024, parties were directed to appear before the Illaqa Magistrate/Trial Court and report with regard to the genuineness of the compromise was called for.
2 The report dated 06.09.2024 has been received from Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Patti, stating that the parties have entered into a compromise, which is genuine, voluntary and without any coercion or undue influence.
Though Section 307 of IPC has been invoked in this case as gunshots were fired towards the complainant- respondent No.2 Kuldeep Singh, but injury is on the non vital part and declared simple in nature. ' :
