(Oral) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.154 dated 20.06.2019 under Sections 354, 354-D, 506 IPC registered at Police Station Jandiala, Amritsar. Ms. Ekjot Sandhu, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of respondent no.2 and filed her vakalatnama in Court, which is taken on record.
