(ORAL) This is a petition that has been filed for quashing of proclamation order dated 06.02.2019 passed by the SDJM, Mukerian, District Hoshiarpur in FIR No.137 dated 22.08.2017 under Sections 323, 341, 506, 34 IPC registered at Police Station Mukerian, District Hoshiarpur. Learned counsel for the petitioner herein would submit that in terms of order dated 28.10.2020 passed by this High Court, the petitioner herein appeared before the trial Court on 04.11.2020 and submitted application for bail whereupon the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Mukerian ordered for release of the petitioner on interim regular bail vide order of even date.

In view of the aforementioned fact, nothing survives for consideration in the instant petition and therefore, the same is dismissed having been rendered infructuous.
