Learned State counsel seeks to place on record reply by way of affidavit of Iqbal Singh Sidhu, Assistant Labour Commissioner Hoshiarpur. He submits that order passed by this court has been complied with. According to him, entire money has been disbursed to the workman entitled for the same. He has placed on record copy of the cheques issued by Assistant Labour Commissioner which are taken on record as mark 'A' (colly).

In view of above, no further direction is necessary. Dismissed. Rule is discharged.
