JASWANT SINGH, J (ORAL) By invoking the jurisdiction of this Court, the petitioner, who was appointed as Guest Faculty Lecturer in Music with respondent No.3-College pursuant to a walk-in-interview, has sought for issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing respondent No.3 not to substitute his services with another set of Guest Faculty Lecturer.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner realizing that this Court is not persuaded to grant the relief, prays for withdrawal of the petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
