*** KULDEEP TIWARI, J. (ORAL) [1] Prayer in the instant petition is for transferring of the investigation/inquiry in case FIR No.158, dated 05.07.2020, registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 452 of IPC, 1860 at Police Station Pinjore, District Panchkula, from District Panchkula to some other districts in the State of Haryana.

[2] During the pendency of the instant petition, the investigation has been completed, and the final report has been filed way back on dated 09.04.2021. The learned trial Court concerned has also framed charges way back on dated 11.10.2021.

[3] Learned State Counsel, on instructions from SI Vikramjit Singh, has informed that out of 13 prosecution witnesses, 02 have already been examined.

[4] Considering the supervening events that the trial is already progressing, therefore, the prayer for transferring of investigation does not survive, at this stage. The instant petition is ordered to be dismissed. (KULDEEP TIWARI) JUDGE 22.03.2024 'R. Sharma'
