The representation is dated 18.07.2015 (Annexure P-7). There is no reply to the same. The representation certainly requires urgent consideration by the official respondents. For instance, the petitioner sought information under the Right to Information Act, 2005 by the letter dated 07.07.2014. One of the queries was whether respondent No. 4 had obtained permission for transformers, generators, SPT Tank and UGT Tank etc. in the green belt and the park area. The official respondents by their reply dated 06.08.2014 answered the query in the negative.

The petition is, therefore, disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 18.07.2015 (Annexure P7) in accordance with law and after notice to the petitioner. 3.

The representation shall be decided latest by 30.11.2015. 4.
