MADAAN Present:- Mr. Kamal Chaudhary, Advocate for the petitioner. *** At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has contended that on learning about the order passed by this Court, learned Sub Divisional Magistrate-cum-Maintenance Tribunal, Faridabad has disposed of the petition on 29.9.2021, inasmuch as the same has been dismissed. By way of filing the present petition, the relief claimed was for issuance of direction to SDM-cum-Maintenance Tribunal to decide the petition pending before him in a time bound manner. The same has since been disposed of. In that way, the present petition has become infructuous and is dismissed accordingly. If aggrieved by order of Sub Divisional Magistrate the petitioner may avail of remedy in accordance with law.
