In the present writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 12.03.2025 (Annexure P-5) passed by respondent No.1 whereby, the punishment of stoppage of one future annual increment with temporary effect imposed upon the petitioner was set-aside. 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner, submits that at this stage, he will be satisfied if a direction is given to respondent No.2 to treat the present writ petition as a representation and consider and decide the same, in a time bound manner. 3.

Mr. Ravi Pratap Singh, DAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and does not object to the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to treat the present writ petition as a representation and consider and decide the same within a period of 06 weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order in accordance with law.
