The present petition has been filed for directing the respondents to provide financial benefits to daughter of the petitioner namely Narinder Kaur who had joined as ETT Teacher on 11.09.2016, however, she met a traumatic accident on 08.03.2017 making her 90% handicapped.

Learned State counsel while referring to written statement dated 28.02.2024 filed by way of affidavit of Smt. Neelam Rani, District Education Officer (Elementary Education), Ferozepur, as also on instructions from Mr. Jaskaran Singh, Clerk, O/o DEO, EE, Ferozepur, submits that daughter of the petitioner was reinstated on 23.06.2022 with all service benefits applicable to her during probation and considering it to be 2 years instead of 3 years, whereafter her services have been regularized on 23.01.2024. 3.

The aforesaid satisfies the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of. 5.

However, if still any grievance subsists, petitioner is at liberty to file a representation to the department.
