 "#$ %  % has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking quashing of impugned order dated 16.03.2022 (Annexure P-7), passed by the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Patiala and impugned order dated 01.09.2021 (Annexure P-5), passed by the Court of Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Rajpura, whereby the application under Section 319 Cr.P.C. to summon respondent No.2 as an additional accused was dismissed.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant petition has become infructuous, hence he may be permitted to withdraw the same.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
